User Accounts and Registration

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to digitoluxor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Scotland, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
